The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is justifiably legendary—after all, it’s not every day that the Seattle-based retailer opens the markdown floodgates on a slew of new arrivals and longtime fan favorites from brands like Tory Burch, Tom Ford, and Theory. Typically, the brand has sent fashion and beauty lovers scrambling for their shopping carts each July, but this year, with the interruptions of the COVID-19 pandemic, they’ve chose to push back the date of their mega-deals to August (the full sale will kick off August 19, with early access available for Nordstrom cardholders beginning August 13.)
But that doesn’t mean all is lost for those with itchy shopping fingers. This year, in lieu of their traditional catalog, Nordstrom has opened up a pre-sale on their website so eager fashionistas can start adding covetable boots, breezy dresses, and luxurious beauty products to their wishlists ASAP and plan out their carts for when the big day finally arrives. Think of it like cramming for the SATs, only much, much more fun.
