TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo on Tuesday accused the Biden administration of “actively preventing the effective distribution of monoclonal antibody treatments” in the U.S., according to a letter addressed to Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra.
